The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager for our Huntsville East store. You will lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach and develop team members, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain brand standards while managing day-to-day store performance. This role requires ownership of POS, self-checkout, and omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and selling culture.
• Proven track record in achieving sales KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Oversee SOPs, policies, and daily store operations.
• Coach team to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Supervise programs like Loyalty Rewards and omni-channel services.
• Coordinate events in Knit & Sew Shop and framing areas.
