You will oversee front‑end and service operations, coach the team, and ensure consistent execution of SOPs and brand standards. You will provide MOD coverage, manage POS/self‑checkout, and drive omni‑channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while promoting loyalty programs and protection

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Ensure SOPs, brand standards and policies are followed.
• Coach team members on Customer Experience and selling behaviours.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plans to customers.
• Manage specialized departments (Knit & Sew Shop, Custom Framing) as needed.
