Michaels Stores in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture storewide, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You’ll oversee front-end operations, coaching, and execution of brand standards, while ensuring SOP compliance and omnichannel service.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing POS and Self-Checkout, driving loyalty enrollment, and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors; drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage; maintain floor leadership, service standards and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout; support transactions and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, loyalty, MCC/Extend, Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, Custom Framing).
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection and reduce shrink.
