Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations.
• Coach team on customer-focused selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in specialty shops like Knit & Sew Shop and Frame services.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for omni-channel service.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
