The Michaels Companies Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead store operations, coach the team on selling and service standards, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across front-end and service areas.

You will oversee POS systems, loyalty programs, and omni-channel fulfillment while driving sales KPIs and maintaining store standards. Extensive leadership and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift 25-50 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure SOP adherence.
• Coach team to drive sales and customer experience.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Drive omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS.
• Coordinate in-store events and programs.
• Develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maintain asset protection practices.
