Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, maintenance of store conditions, and driving results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to customers.
