Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Sales Manager for our GA store to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and enhance the customer experience. You will oversee front-end operations, service standards, and adherence to SOPs while coaching a team to deliver consistent results.

Key responsibilities include MOD coverage, omni-channel service, loyalty programs, and expertise in store programs such as Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and framing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing front-end and service operations.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain store operations.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
