• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage with floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee events like balloons, birthday parties, and in-store programs.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel service delivery.
• Support knit & sew shop and framing operations as needed.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
