Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and driving selling cultures across the floor.
• Coach team on SOPs, brand standards, and service behaviors.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS, and checkout processes.
• Manage in-store events, loyalty programs, and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure asset protection and store safety.
