Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the CHI-VALPARAISO, IN store to lead a high-performing selling culture and deliver strong sales and customer experience. You will supervise front-end and service operations, coach the team, ensure SOP compliance, and drive omni-channel and in-store programs.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS accuracy, loyalty enrollment, and leadership of special departments like Knit & Sew Shop and frame-related services.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer experience to drive KPIs.
• Model and coach selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership to ensure service standards.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout for smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to customers.
• Drive omni-channel execution including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
