• Model customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout accuracy.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons and birthday events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team through onboarding.
