• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations to drive sales KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store and ensure adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Manage front-end and service operations to maintain brand standards and operational expectations.
• Coach team members to deliver best-in-class Customer Experience and drive store conversions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure smooth omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Oversee programs like Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and Custom Framing where applicable.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plans to boost retention and wallet share.
