The Michaels Companies is seeking a Sales Manager for our Boynton Beach store. The role leads a high-performing team, champions a strong selling culture, and ensures a premier customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach staff, drive key sales and service KPIs, and manage day-to-day store operations including POS usage, BOPIS, and in-store events. This leadership position requires readiness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Experience with POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Knowledge of omni-channel service (BOPIS, delivery).

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards; accountable team.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Promote loyalty program; drive retention and repeat visits.
