Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager in Columbia, SC to lead a high-performing store team and drive sales and service excellence. You will coach staff, ensure SOPs and brand standards, and manage front-end and service operations for a seamless customer experience.

Lead initiatives—from loyalty enrollment to in-store events—while ensuring strong omni-channel execution and adherence to company programs. This role requires engaging leadership and hands-on operation management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and sales efforts to meet KPIs and brand standards.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and selling behaviors.
• Ensure SOPs and company programs are followed and compliant with laws.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS accuracy, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plan offerings to drive retention.
• Drive sales in Knit & Sew Shop and other in-store programs and events.
• Support framing services and BOPIS/Same Day Delivery execution.
