Qualifications

• Ensure SOPs and company programs are followed and audited.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout to ensure smooth transactions.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure efficient execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
