Michaels Branson, MO store is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales KPIs, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach team members on selling behaviors and loyalty programs, and ensure policies and SOPs are followed to maintain store excellence.

In this role you’ll train staff, manage POS and self-checkout, oversee events and in-store programs, and partner with the team to deliver omni-channel

Competenze

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach teams to deliver customer-focused selling and service.
• Wamiliarity with POS and self-checkout operations.

• Lead store operations and selling culture to drive KPIs.
