• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards across store
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS/self-checkout accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage in-store programs like Balloons, loyalty, and Knit & Sew Shop operations.
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
