You will coach staff, manage front-end operations, and support omni-channel initiatives such as BOPIS and delivery. This position requires the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members to improve customer experience and KPI performance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support omni-channel services.
