Michaels, Palm Beach‑Boca Raton store, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead front‑end and service operations and drive strong sales and customer engagement. You will champion selling behaviors, ensure brand standards, and execute daily operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

This role emphasizes coaching, daily performance, and omni‑channel service excellence, including BOPIS and delivery, with opportunities to lead loyalty programs and in‑store events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations with focus on customer experience.
• Familiarity with POS and self-checkout systems and driving omni-channel service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading compliance with SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards, driving store results.
• Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operations.
• Oversee loyalty programs, custom framing, and in-store events to drive sales.
• Lead and support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution for omni-channel service.
• Train staff through onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction through awareness and safe operations.
