Job summary

Michaels Stores in Saint Augustine, FL seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee front-end operations, coach associates, and ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, loyalty program promotion, and orchestrating in-store events and services, such as balloons, framing, and BOPIS. Regular nights, weekends, and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong customer service orientation and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and standards.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs to drive retention and visits.
• Oversee the Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences where applicable.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems; assist customers.
