Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager at Michaels Stores in Bee Cave, TX. You will lead a high-performing selling culture, oversee front-end and service operations, and drive KPI outcomes through coaching and daily execution.

You will model customer experience, manage MOD coverage, and ensure efficient use of POS systems while promoting loyalty programs and omni-channel services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong customer-service orientation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed across the store.
• Oversee front-end, service, and operational excellence including POS systems and BOPIS/Same Day Delivery.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership during shifts.
• Promote loyalty programs and protect assets while reducing shrink.
