You will oversee front-end operations, coach staff on selling behaviors, support loyalty programs, and ensure smooth omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings, and a commitment to safety and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations with a focus on selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance and standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies, store conditions, and performance results.
• Coach staff on Customer Experience and ART of Selling to boost conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, events) and loyalty enrollment.
• Promote MCC/Extend protection plans and drive adoption.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and continuous coaching.
