Job summary

You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver on SOPs, POS and Self-Checkout accuracy, loyalty programs, and omni-channel services, while upholding brand standards.

The role includes lifting, stocking, and maintaining store conditions to ensure safety, shrink control, and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Strong customer-service orientation and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to meet KPIs.
• Coach staff on Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
• Ensure SOPs compliance and policy execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Promote loyalty programs and protect assets.
