Job summary

You will coach team members, model brand standards, manage daily store execution, and ensure omni-channel initiatives like BOPIS and delivery are efficiently delivered to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach teams.
• Experience with POS and checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, birthday parties, and Loyalty Rewards enrollment.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train, coach and develop team members across assigned departments.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
