Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the PHX-Paradise Valley store to lead a high-performing selling culture and deliver strong sales results while ensuring an engaging customer experience. This role directs front-end and service operations, coaching the team to adhere to SOPs, brand standards, and operational expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
• Oversee front-end and service operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards.
• Coach team in Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support omni-channel fulfillment like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
