Responsibilities

• Lead store sales culture and achieve KPIs through coaching.
• Oversee front-end, service operations and POS performance.
• Provide MOD coverage and uphold brand standards daily.
• Drive omni-channel goals including BOPIS and delivery.
• Manage events programs like balloons and party services.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding.
