Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure adherence to SOPs and company programs to stay compliant with laws.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel execution including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protect assets through loss-prevention practices.
