Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the North Conway, NH store. This role leads a high-performing selling culture, guiding front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and strong KPIs through effective leadership and customer-focused coaching.

The Sales Manager will provide MOD coverage, oversee balloons, in-store programs, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel fulfillment like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while coaching staff across departments to drive sales and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance and consistent store execution.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Coach and model Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations to support smooth transactions and customer support.
