• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee events and in-store programs, including balloons and birthday parties.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and skill-building.
