Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Manager in North Conway, NH. The role focuses on leading and coaching store staff to achieve sales and service KPIs while maintaining brand standards and SOPs.

You will support front-end operations, POS accuracy, and in-store events, including loyalty programs and omni-channel service. Responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction, managing MOD coverage, and ensuring high standards in the Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS, and Same Day

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Ability to train and coach team members to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and maintaining SOP adherence and Company policies.
• Drive sales and service KPIs through coaching, customer focus, and daily execution.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout accuracy and customer support.
• Manage in-store programs and events, including Loyalty Rewards and protection plans where applicable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, floor leadership, and operational continuity.
