Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Southlake, TX is seeking a Sales Manager (Full-Time) to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and deliver an engaging customer experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, use POS and Self-Checkout, oversee in-store programs like Loyalty Rewards, BOPIS, and Same Day Delivery, and ensure adherence to SOPs and company standards while supporting the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Three plus years in retail leadership with store-level accountability.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive customer satisfaction.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs in-store.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and policies.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store conditions.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
