You will guide front-end operations, oversee POS, BOPIS, and in-store programs, nurture team talent, and ensure adherence to SOPs while delivering exceptional omni-channel service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Proven ability to coach teams and improve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Manage SOPs, policies, and ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model exceptional Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout usage, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Drive in-store programs (Balloons, Loyalty Rewards, Knit & Sew Shop) and events.
