Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Oversee balloons, birthday parties, and in-store events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services adoption.
• Drive omni-channel sales and delivery execution (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train, coach, and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection and reduce shrink through awareness and procedures.
