Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store operations and customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to drive KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team; reinforce SOPs and company standards.
• Oversee in-store programs (balloons, events), loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Drive protection plans and framed services where applicable and ensure assets protection practices.
