Job summary

The Michaels Stores Winchester location seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, model exceptional customer service, and drive sales across front-end and service operations. You will coach staff, manage SOPs, and ensure brand standards while delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing POS operations, loyalty programs, and in-store events, with weekend/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions and support.
Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, Birthday parties, and more).
Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
Champion Extend services and protection plans; ensure customer adoption.
Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution for omni-channel service.
Support Custom Framing operations with consultations and coordination.
