You will coach teams, provide MOD coverage, and ensure efficient POS operations, BOPIS, and delivery services while promoting loyalty programs and protection plans. This is a full-time role requiring flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations with adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Experience using POS and Self-Checkout systems to support transactions and customer service.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service quality.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend protection plans.
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operations with expertise and oversight.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
