Responsibilities

• Lead selling culture and frontline operations to drive sales.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Manage MOD coverage, store conditions, and standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive customer retention.
• Develop and execute in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop).
