Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to achieve selling and service KPIs.

• Provide MOD coverage and maintain operational continuity.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs including Balloons, Birthday events, and Loyalty Rewards.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
