The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager at our Parker, CO store to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales results while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will oversee front-end operations, coaching teams to execute brand standards and SOPs across daily activities, including POS and service excellence. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, omni-channel execution like BOPIS, and promoting loyalty programs to boost retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations to drive customer experience and sales.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee front-end and service operations ensuring brand standards and SOPs are followed.
• Coach and develop team members to improve selling behaviors and KPI performance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Promote loyalty programs and protect margins through MCC/Extended services.
