Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Coach and model Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions and support.
• Promote loyalty programs and MCC/Extend services to customers.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing and Knit & Sew Shop operations as needed.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
