Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture at the Oak Park Heights store. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure consistent brand standards and operational execution across front-end and service areas.

Responsibilities include managing POS operations, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel fulfillment, while promoting the Loyalty Rewards Program and coordinating store programs and events. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Customer-focused coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs, policies, and standards are followed store-wide.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment processes.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and in-store events.
