Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front-end and service operations to execute selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Oversee SOP compliance and store policies, ensuring store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support customer transactions.
