Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager in NAMPA, ID to lead and champion a high-performing selling culture, drive sales and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will coach staff, manage POS operations, and oversee in-store programs including Loyalty and protection plan services.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, working nights, weekends, and early mornings, with responsibility for omni-channel order fulfillment and service standards across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and support transitions and customer support.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and customer retention through consistent execution.
• Support omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery and coordination with framing services.
