Job summary

Michaels Fargo, ND is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end operations, coach teams, and ensure brand standards across POS, loyalty programs, and omni-channel services.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings, and strong coaching skills to develop the team and meet store KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage front-end and service operations.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and training skills.
• Experience with in-store programs and loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Coach and develop team to meet KPIs and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Drive omni-channel services: BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plans.
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience.
• Assist Store Manager with SOP compliance and training.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
