Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Pitt-Robinson Township, PA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee front-end operations, drive sales KPIs, coach associates, and ensure brand standards are met across the store.

Responsibilities include POS and Self-Checkout accuracy, omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery), loyalty programs, and in-store programs while modelling selling behaviors and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and a high-performing sales culture to achieve KPI targets.
• Coach team members on customer-facing selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS/Self-Checkout accuracy, and daily store activities.
• Manage omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support events and programs (Balloon, Birthday parties, Loyalty, MCC/Extend services).
