Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach store team to meet SOPs and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and in-store programs; drive omnichannel selling and events.
• Drive in-store programs like loyalty enrollment, protection plans, and same-day delivery.
