You will champion loyalty programs, protect assets, and mentor team members through structured onboarding while ensuring safe, compliant store operations and a positive shopping environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop team performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards and store results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
