• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain operational continuity.
• Oversee POS usage and customer transactions for smooth service.
• Drive omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and protect assets through consistent execution.
• Coach departments including Knit & Sew Shop and Custom Framing.
• Develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and shrink awareness.
