As Manager-on-Duty, you will maintain floor leadership, support omni-channel initiatives (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery), and promote loyalty programs while guiding teams toward achieving key KPIs and operational excellence.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion selling culture across store.
• Coach team to follow SOPs and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services.
