Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations with consistent selling behaviors.
• Drive sales and service KPIs through customer-focused coaching and day-to-day execution.
• Coach team members and ensure SOP adherence and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions and customer support.
